Sanjeevan shines Balurghat in Badminton

Balurghat, September 11 – Sanjeevan Saha of Balurghat shined district in the state-wide badminton competition.
Sanjeevan finished third in the under 9 competition organized by the West Bengal Badminton Association in Kolkata recently. Sanjeevan, son of lawyer Sandeepan Saha, is a resident of Khadimpur Raktbindu Club area of Balurghat town. He was interested in sports since childhood. Sanjeevan was trained in Badminton at Bingsha Shatabdi Club in Balurghat.

“I am happy to get a position at the tournament. I will try more to make further progress. I am grateful to my coach and the club who always have stood behind me “said Sanjeevan.
Joy Roy who coached Sanjeevan said, “Sanjeevan has brightened the face of our club and the district. There are ample genius here whom we nourish here. We are hopeful that there will be more badminton players coming out from this club .

Souvik Mukherjee, a badminton veteran in Balurghat said, “he has really make us proud. We hope to see more such performance from him in future. His performance would motivate others go better”.
